How to do a sax challenge in 4 easy steps:
1. Have somebody raise the challenge.
2. Make that somebody teach you.
3. Get a friend and a muffin on board for support.
4. Play!
Things you might realise on the day of the exam:
1. You're just a confused violinist and you don't actually play the saxophone.
2. You do find yourself playing it anyway, you just never knew what note to tune it to.
3. That saxophone case is heavy, great if somebody else carries it for you!
Thank you Ian for giving me an opportunity to enjoy learning something new
(now get me some gigs..)
and thank you even more for the great enthusiasm and moments of sax-geeking.
Couldn't have done it without you.
Thank you Fontane for the good vibes and the groovy accompaniment on the day!
They can't take that away from me...
